Canada Immigration

CEC also offers consultancy on various pathways to immigration for Canada. The Canadian Government has made immigration processes very simple especially with the Express Immigration stream. However not everybody will classify or fall under this stream. Apart from Express Entry, each of Canada’s provinces have their own Provincial Nominee Programs which suit a variety of working and business class people (according to their eligibility) wishing to immigrate and make Canada their home. We offer advice and step by step help for Express Entry as well as the nomination processes for various provincial nominee programmes under the Canadian Experience Class as well as the skilled worker categories. With CEC, You may live up to your dream to migrate to Canada with minimal of efforts.

Express Entry

If you are an international student who has recently graduated in Canada, you will most likely have all the qualities to make a successful transition from temporary to permanent residence. You willalready befamiliar with the Canadian society and would make for valuable contribution to the Canadian economy. You will have knowledge of English or French asalso the qualifying work experience.Under these conditions, you may be eligible to apply to stay in Canada permanently under one of the immigration programs managed through the Express Entry system.Under the current rules, you can now get extra credit for your study in Canada. This will make it easier for students to be invited to apply.
Canada Express Entry is an entirely new system introduced by the Canadian Government and is being used to manage applications for permanent residence under the federal economic immigration programs namely, the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program andthe Canadian Experience Class. Potential candidates must complete an online profile. This is a secure form that they will use to provide information about their skills, work experience, language ability, education andother details that will help the Government to assess them.

Those who meet the enumerated criteria of one of the federal immigration programs will be accepted into a pool of candidates. Candidates are ranked against others in the pool using a point-based system called the CRS. Points are awarded using the information in their profile.Candidates with the highest scores in the pool will be issued an invitation to apply

Provincial Nominee Programmes

Most provinces and territories in Canada can nominate immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program Canada (PNP). To qualify under these programs, you must have the skills, education and work experience to contribute substantially to the economy of that province or territory, and you must want to live there.Every province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and criteria for their PNP. For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target students, business people, skilled workers or semi-skilled workers.

If you are nominated under a non-Express Entry stream, you must apply through the paper-based process. CEC will help you in this process and if the province or territory finds you eligible and nominates you, you will have to send in an application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). CEC will also assist you with this application. CEC also helps you with your settlement and integration into the Province or Territory that nominated you
